IMMUNITY is certified to EN Grade 2 — the grade intended for residential properties and small businesses — and is engineered around an advanced wireless protocol, 24/7 professional monitoring and customisable settings, all controlled through the smartphone app.
In practice the grade is what separates it from a DIY alarm: it describes a system designed and installed to a defined standard, with the supervision and tamper resistance that a monitoring centre expects.

MERLIN integrates with the SALUS Controls Smart Home range. That is the point of it: the alarm is not a separate island. From the same app you can monitor the house and control the heating and the lighting, which is how a security system ends up being used every day rather than only in an emergency.
It runs in the existing SALUS Premium Lite app, so if you already run SALUS smart heating there is nothing new to learn and no second login.

Buying
SALUS Protect runs a dual model deliberately: the same range is available to buy online or through a professional installer who takes on the commissioning and the monitoring.
Buy the system yourself and configure it by property type with the online configuration tool. Suited to MERLIN, and to confident DIY installers.
